Principal Responsibilities:
  • Responsible and accountable for assigned projects and activities that build data quality fundamentals and provision of data quality oversight into the BRQC Janssen quality platforms in all existing and new projects/systems.
  • Partner with BioResearch Quality and Compliance (BRQC) Janssen stakeholders to identify data improvement needs across BRQC Janssen.
  • Support BRQC Janssen data improvement projects and follow a standard methodology to approach projects to fulfill business objectives.
  • Knowledge of evolving business objectives and technology advancements to anticipate improvements needed in data quality across BRQC Janssen.
  • Knowledge of existing BRQC Janssen tools, technology and overall Janssen R&D platforms to understand data quality opportunities.
  • Ensure BRQC Janssen information has strong data quality to enable required reporting and metrics capabilities needed to meet Health Authority, local and global regulations in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
  • Partner with key data/system functions across R&D and the Enterprise.
  • Support the alignment of Quality Analytics strategy across BRQC (cross segment), understanding the voice of the customer.
  • Serving as a champion to key business partners and stakeholders and a conduit between business partners, quality groups, and governance to enable and promote quality, accountability and quality culture.




Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.  A focused degree in Analytics, Statistics, Science, Business, or Computer science / technology or equivalent, is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a highly-regulated industry, inclusive of quality and/or compliance experience, is required. 
  • Knowledge of the pre-clinical and clinical drug development process is preferred.
  • Working knowledge in either GCP, GLP and/or PV regulations governing clinical development activities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality and risk management terminology and proficient knowledge of scientific terminology is required.
  • Experience with Quality and Compliance systems is preferred.
  • Experience with agile project execution is a plus.
