In order to support the growth of our Business "Share Services' activities" we are immediately looking for the following profiles:

 - Administrative Assistant/ Adm.BS: The Administrative Support role will be responsible for general administration activities in their designated business areas to support the seamless execution of service delivery in the MEA BSC. S/he will also be required to engage with various internal stakeholders and communicate with vendors and other external stakeholders. 

 Technical/Functional Skills:

 • Demonstrated office management and administration skills.

 • Excellent office applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs Behavioural Competencies: 

• Integrity, Customer Service Excellence, Collaboration, Results oriented. 

• People oriented.

 • Structured and disciplined. 

 • Proactive.

 • Ability to perform under pressure.

 • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. 

• Effective communicator.

 • Strong cultural integration skills.
