CANDIDATES MUST SPEAK RUSSIAN
1) 15+ years of experience in EPC Projects (Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, LNG Projects) in Russia
2) Min. 5 years in cost estimation and Proposal
3) Min. 5 years experiences in Russian projects
4) Exp. in Lead Cost Estimation for Electrical & Instrument work in Russia
5) Exp. in / Knowledge about Russian subcontracting regulation/legislation
